Scuba Diving Ao Nang, Phi Phi & Beyond

Whether you're a novice or a scuba diving pro, Krabi offers a multitude of dive sites to explore both rich and prolific in marine life. From the wealth of macro life, caves and swim-throughs of Ao Nang's local dive sites to wreck diving on the King Cruiser to the Manta Ray hot-spots of Hin Daeng and Hin Muang, the dive sites of Krabi truely offer something for everyone.

Scuba diving in Krabi is one of the few holiday destinations in the world that offers such a great variety of completely different dive sites in a relatively small area. There are 25 outstanding dive sites that we commonly dive throughout Krabi province consisting of more than 200 species of fish and 80 species of coral catalogued.

The local dive sites of Ao Nang are arranged on calm weather days to nearby sites that can offer easy shallow dives. Most of the daytrips head to Phi Phi islands where there are several dive sites to choose from all with very rich marine life and filled with a mixture of hard and soft corals.

Further away are the best of the best: Koh Haa Yai, Hin Daeng and Hin Muang. These 3 dive sites are very unique in spotting bigger fish and Koh Haa Yai has interesting caverns to explore.
